The Fishing
The Sea of Cortez and Pacific waters off Cabo offer world-class light tackle and fly fishing — inshore and through blue water. Explore the topics below, then get in touch to book.
Beach Fishing Trips
Surf and East Cape trips built around roosterfish on fly and spin — local Cabo mornings, remote beaches, and multi-day coastal safaris.
We wade the Pacific side when the swell allows, run the East Cape when it doesn’t, and camp where the fishing is best. You get the flies, spin gear, and decades of beach-side know-how so your shots at big fish add up.

Boat Fishing Trips
Offshore and inshore days on our 26′ power cat — from striped marlin and dorado past the arch to roosters and jacks in close.
Half-day, full-day, and longer stretches are all on the table. We rig for fly or light spin, chase bait and birds when blue water turns on, and still slide inshore when that’s where the bite is.

Fish Seasons and Species
Cabo isn’t one season — it’s a rotating parade of gamefish. Knowing what’s likely, and how we fish it, saves you guessing.
From roosterfish, jacks, snappers, and sierra inshore to marlin, sails, tuna, dorado, and wahoo offshore, the calendar shifts month to month. Here’s how we break it down on the water.

Our Boats
We run Glacier Bay 26′ catamarans set up for real fishing — stable, fast enough to run when it matters, and rigged for fly and spin.
Wide deck space, solid shade, and room to fight fish matter as much as horsepower. If you want to see the layout, tackle storage, and how we work two anglers without stepping on each other, start here.

Rigging and Equipment
Rods, reels, lines, leaders, and the flies and hardware we actually fish — so you can match the boat or pack your own kit with confidence.
We’re picky about tackle because cheap gear loses fish. From beach sticks and popping outfits to offshore fly and conventional setups, this is what we use and why.
